Whisper from Flicker & Swirl by Dishpan Fingers

Its a song I wrote during an awkward phase and it resembled something else I don't care to reflect on. But it's meaning changed course and I ascribed it to a person instead. This song was recorded live in one take, guitar and vocals together. It had a nice push and pull.

Introspective narratives tinged with melancholy undertones and melodic vocal hooks. An acoustically-driven performance with lo-fi leanings and a lyrical transparency. Dishpan Fingers laments the unburied ghosts and awkward moments, but stops to notice the important things, like supermarket specials, bluestone walls and factories ... also people.
