I keep on thankin the holies for the power to stand up
Magical and medical, political and spiritual
I keep on thankin the holies for the courage to stand up
There’s healing in diversity that’s bringing out the best in we

On a summer day, I’m like a castaway
On a lonesome forest hill listening for songs
Spilling over the landscape, songs
And i’m quiet as the wild living all around me
And the voices of machines disperse, dispell, in silence
The sister of divinity, silence
And I’m naked there, sharpened in the fire
In the absence of a prescribed notion,
That’s where I’m going
I got a meetin with my maker, I’m going

I’m resolved to honor the happiness in everything
So I honor the earth
There’s a little ending to a really big suffering, ending
So I stand with you in healing and forgiveness
With waterbirds and fishes, buffalo and eagles
For slowing down the war machine, eagles
