Azathoth by Devoid

An epic two-hour portayal of the Blind Idiot God, the Primordial Nuclear Chaos and Lord Of All - Azathoth. He sleeps eternally in inconceivable, unlit cyclopean chambers beyond time and space and dreams all that we know as reality into existence; this is an oneiric journey through the fathomless depths of time and the deepest chasms of space, depicting both the Daemon Sultan himself and the insane court that surrounds him.

This piece was a lot of work but also a lot of fun to put together; I always knew that I'd want to have a go at a piece about one of the Outer Gods from Lovecraft's mythos at some point, and this...turned out to be that point. It is by its very nature very long, slow and dreamlike, an oneiric sound-world in which to immerse yourself; I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I've enjoyed creating it.
