Conor Lynchโs long-awaited full-length effort 'Fake' marks something of a departure and widening of scope for Lynch, with the folk-rock stylings of his 2019 sophomore 'People Donโt Think It Be Like It Is but it Do and Donโt' newly accompanied by heavier tones and unexpected instrumental flourishes. Across its 35 minute runtime, tracks twist breathlessly between indie rock, country and electronic pop, complete with double-time thrash choruses and face-melting guitar solos.
