Through these woods I used to travel alone,
And their whispers - they used to break me.

They'll never know just how much I hate myself,
They won't know that I want to break my face, I'm misshapen.
Look into my private hell - a deformed mirror.
I'm obsessed, I can't look away - this will end me.

In the dust I'll rest my prayers,
My limbs - they are frozen with desperation.

Should I try to understand why I'm like this?
Empty words, needless lies I once believed,
Made me stray away from God, and lose all meaning.
I'm the only one to blame for everything.
