Antiquitech by Delta Mono
"I had been slowly formulating a screenplay of sorts indirectly about Nichola Tesla and his inventions, his lonely later life and spending much time climbing Wild Bank in Stalybridge during the Lockdown gave me much time to contemplate an alternate world of such things as well as Zeppelins, Majick, alternate timelines...
What happened to all his notes that survived the fire? What if he had won the current war and what would the world look like today? Zero gravity transportation? Infinite free sources of energy? What culture would develop out of that and what would the music sound like?
It's still formulating in my mind but I set out scoring the "film" for what is becoming a mix of Stalker/The Road meets Folk Horror set here in the surrounding area of Stalybridge. Maybe one day the missing pieces will come to me and I'll actually shoot it." - Zak Hane
Delta Mono is not known for conventional releases, if known at all really, but the album "Antiquitech" (which name was inspired from a Higherside Chat Episode about lost technologies) will slowly be released over the next few weeks as it's completed.
The 1st track release "House By The Lake" was debuted at The Peer Hat's Manchester Folk Horror Festival 2023.
