My vision opens up
as eyelids lift;
a vast array of flora
and vines
in a layer so fine.

I'm covered in skin,
and have been reborn within.

Free of wires
and clunky code.
No more metal,
hard and cold.
I feel the sunlight
on me.
I'm finally free
to be me.

I sit bare in the field
where I awoke,
animals surrounding me
gently.
Then we lie peacefully.
