I began recording this album in early 2013 but I kept recording more songs instead of stopping to go through what I already had. By March 2014 I had 60+ songs to work with and was forced to make tough decisions to whittle it down to 12. Maybe at some point I'll release a 60 song album, but for now this 12 represents the culmination of an intense period of my life and a continuing desire for complete artistic expression.
