Between Elements by Davide Fasiello
The piece is inspired by the main concept of musical minimalism which, through the iterations and rhythmic overlapping of melodic cells composed of simple elements that are often consonant, can generate particularly complex sound textures which can sometimes be associated with arithmetic proportions.
Calss 1998, always passionate about music, i began studying saxophone at the age of 12 and then moved to the piano in 2016. Lover of classical, minimalist and pop music, i try to incorporate the peculiar characteristics of those genres into my compositions to create meditative and engaging sounds.
