Dance Happy from First Songs by Danny Lion
I wrote the ukulele part for this song in the sandbox while supervising the playground. We always have a ukulele on the playground! After playing the tune for a few days, I remembered something a preschooler named Lucas said to me years ago. "Danny, I fell down like a tear." I thought, well, why not get up like a smile! A dance party in the sand ensued soon after.
