A raw and unvarnished recording for a raw and unvarnished song about waking up and not recognizing who you've become.
Gasoline Heart was recorded in my home studio, entirely on my own. I wanted the loneliness and desperation of the lyrics to creep into every part of the song. No digital magic was used to polish the vocals, the drums are a bit sloppy but full of emotion, and the final guitar section was just really cathartic to record.
