Slow Dive by Daniel Casares

Slow Dive presents 13 experimental electronica compositions where Daniel delves into jazz, IDM, and glitch. The result is a remarkable journey where several sonic palettes are explored.

Relying on keyboards and synths for the majority of sounds, the artist also utilizes the alto sax and electronic percussion. The outing carries much influence from Sam Gendel, whose creative jazz style and uncompromising vision continue to inspire Daniel.

There is a sense of surreal imagery embedded in the music, which travels from Bitches Brew inspired passages to more abstract electronic soundscapes. Slow Dive is the first project by the artist in this quirky style.
