This is Haiden-flavored Cube Well album the fourth: "D'eii".
Not many have heard about the curious land of D'eii. Its title, pronounced "day", feels like a mockery after you realize the place is bathed in a fog that makes it feel like endless night. D'eii is an empty place, and those who spend too long in D'eii wind up a little empty inside, too.
One of my associates went missing for almost a year. She suddenly came back one day in tears, stumbling into my house and stumbling over her words, trying and failing to describe the wonders and horrors alike she had seen there. Working off what little information I had, I retrace her steps in this production.
There's a little bit of the place infused in every track. This is my first time trying to bring a place to you. It's a little abstract, but I think it helps you get the idea of what it's like to travel into that lonely dimension. I also hope it's an effective warning.
