‘Loser’ is the first single from ‘I Can’t Eat’; a mid-tempo lament on the TV static mentality of modern society; sealed in 90s hip hop-inspired glockenspiel hooks and warbling electric piano. Doobie Brothers on cough syrup for the sick and addicted generation. Accompanying this single is a music video shot by Finn Bjornerud- portraying morbid food indulgence in metaphor to the song’s message of personal de-evolution.
