draw in a breathe, it's all i can take
before i'm staying wide awake
my eyes sink deep into my skull
it should be a sign that things are getting old

i sit here lonely and bored
nothing to do but pour and pour
my blood out till there's nothing left
i'm barren and it's eminent
you think i should be proud
of the way i came out
but i hate the way i move
stunned and confused

all i take is hate and hate
so the feeling doesnt go away
so i can continue to be
the best i can be
but i know that's flawed
and that's my fault
but come to me
let's be happy
together


i sit on my floor, still lonely and bored
but i figure i could try my best, the day hasn't ended yet
my hands have seemed to take, my eyes place
i don't want to see i want to be happy

i don't want to be myself
i went through a tremendous hell
i don't know how i'm alive
but i still suffer and cry
i wish you could see
this part of me
because i'm in pain
i want you to see your strain

you take and take and take and take
and that feeling just doesnt go away
plainly you're a parasite
im paranoid you'll come back to bite
but i'm stuck on the floor
lowly and with no accord
so you're safe for now
you won't see me around
