8% Mango by Conor Lane

"8% Mango" is an accumulation of around 3 years of work that I finally decided to release after realising I was just writing songs for myself, only to be listened to by myself. I used to have a solo project called "Life In The Fast Lane" on SoundCloud where I used to put up some of my ideas (one of which is on this album) but I didn't take it too seriously or think much of it, other than an album idea I had.

It was called "Jalfrenzy" and I was planning to work on it with my Uncle, John Howlett, but it never took off and we never got the chance to properly record it. The title song, Jalfrenzy, is still a fully written song that I have stored somewhere but it still needs work, maybe I should release it in the future...

But anyway, I thought it would be a good time to fully record, mix, master and release this album with 5 of my favourite songs that I've worked on over the years and share it with the world! I ask for a small payment of £3 to help me try to work on more music in the near future, as well as be able to update and promote my work in the process, but larger donations are greatly appreciated and rewarded!

This is my first official release and I hope to release more in the future, following the release and hopeful success of this home-made EP, so enjoy! :)
