I wrote this song for a friend's mom, who enjoys piano and ukulele. It's a short little ditty, and I was inspired by her love of Harry Potter and the fact that we both share a history of fighting cancer. For you, Barbara. I'm a music teacher and mom. I am a cancer survivor and know that I've been given more time to enjoy life to its fullest. I believe everyone deserves to be celebrated for who they are and try to be an accomplice for marginalized voices. I write songs about being good humans, self-care and asserting oneself. My music is friendly for all ages and often has a lesson in it.
