Collective Brutality from Collective Brutality by Collective Brutality

The first proper song put together by this band. Back when we formed and it was just Logan, Hunter and Ian, we'd just cycle through half-assed songs with some decent riffs here and there, and we had put together songs, but we were never happy enough with them. This was the first one we felt good with, however, initially written by just Logan and Hunter. Once Sean was brought into the mix, the song was reworked a bit to fit keyboards into the equation. Later, when the two of us went back and really looked at the track, we cut the entire middle section Hunter put together and went with a simpler, more straight-forward breakdown, as a lot of the middle section Hunter had was pretty good, but just didn't quite fit the song. This is the only track with any writing from someone that isn't Logan or Sean, and is the only one to feature proper keyboards as was originally intended for Sean to do.
