From the deep South of Europe (Apulia, Italy) to the South of the world : cumbia, afro-funk and tropical grooves (with pinches of dub, psychedelia and jazz) blend together in Cocoa Thrill.
“Subtropical”, the band’s debut album, is a journey through mixed and reworked rhythms from the warmest latitudes. Cocoa Thrill is a band with no singer, nor lyrics, but with clear messages, like integration.
