Skattered Jazz by Dirty Sole

Here's another slice of heavily jazz influenced, slightly silly and very danceable house business from the label that churns out perfectly formed little house oddities for fun. This time swing is very much the thing, with lifting horns and bass cut loose over oh so chunky beats. Add a cute little scat vocal, a little freestyle sax soloing, then cut it all up in cunning and funky fashion and you have a hugely enjoyable party cut that proves jazzy house needn't be about noodles and beard stroking.
