cooped up in a lonely house in suburbia. today i went to the park and it rained. following the path in the woods and getting thinner. following the path in the woods, not home for dinner. the page numbers stretch into years and the old writer left life on oak stained shelves; his book was brighter. i guess there might be worse ways to die, like conversation ending abruptly or worse, in mid sentence. there is a tapestry of lies and fabrications. poorly paid palm read gave poor advice.
