Rarefaction 4chans Binaural is the quadriphonic version of Rarefaction originally created in stereo. The binaural version is only suited for headphones, but if you have an array of 4 loudspeakers you can download the separate tracks to play the quadriphonic multichannel version.

RASEREI II OCTO is the octophonic version of an originally stereophonic creation improvised on my modular synth. The binaural version is only suited for headphones but if you have an array of 8 loudspeakers you can download the separate tracks to play the octophonic multichannel version. The work is remixed trough 5 different layers of granular synthesis effects and are redistributed across the speaker space for re-texturation and played in response with the 2 original tracks, crossing together according to the interpolations of the 'interpretation. This piece works on the idea of organic flow and the feeling of speed, there is no notion of front or back for the listeners. Listening can be done from any location inside the loudspeakers array. Circulating freely will also help increase the listening experience.
NB: The piece must be played reasonably loudly.
