Scars by Chantal

Scars is my very first album, a collection of songs written during a time when I was still finding my voice as both a singer and songwriter. Unlike my later symphonic metal projects, this album leans into a more intimate style—rooted in singer/songwriter traditions, with touches of easy listening and emotional storytelling.

Every track is a reflection of a moment, a feeling, or a question that weighed heavily on me at the time—whether its the devastation of fire (Burn), the pain of loss (Catch Me Now), the innocence destroyed by violence (Children of War), or the resilience it takes to move forward (Scars, No Second Chance, Heal This World).

These songs are raw, honest, and deeply personal. They are not polished anthems, but rather windows into my journey as an artist and as a human being—exploring love, grief, healing, and hope.

If you've ever carried scars of your own—seen or unseen—I hope you'll find something here that resonates, comforts, or simply makes you feel less alone.
