That Guy from Bright Lights by Chad Reynvaan

In the writing of my song contribution, I simply watched my children’s excitement grow as the day neared. Some of it is exactly how I experienced it as a parent, and some is just creating a story. Either way, with a dose of rock ‘n’ roll the song was quickly finished and its existence snowballed into the concept for this whole album project.

Originally from Aberdeen, Washington but now living in Anchorage, Reynvaan offers a refreshing take on good old-fashioned rock and roll. He has has continued evolving over 5 solo albums and launched into something truly unique with his latest album, One Minute Songs. The classic songwriting, instrumentation, and arrangements harken back to bands like the Cars, Tom Petty, ELO and early Wilco.
