Morpheus from Imaginary Labyrinth by escape
I wrote the first verse of lyrics while laying in my bed in the very early morning before going to sleep. Around the time of writing this song, I kept having vivid dreams that I would almost immediately forget, but would leave me sad, with tears in my eyes.
The second verse is about my thoughts in changing schools and majors. I was doubting my decision from the start but decided it was just an all or nothing commitment that I had to make.
Morpheus is the personification of sleep and dreaming. He represents the bittersweet feelings of my dreams.
