My songs protest against guns and how it affects society now & days. Approximately 50,000 people died this year alone (Gramich).
An average of 118 people a day died from a gun-related incident in 2023. For every person who dies by firearm, more than two survive, often with significant and expensive mental and physical injuries.In June 2024, US Surgeon General, Vivek Murthy, MD, issued a Surgeon General’s Advisory on Firearm Violence, the first publication from the Office of the Surgeon General dedicated to the health issue (Helmke).
There have been approximately 385 mass shootings across the US so far this year (jama).
60 percent of gun deaths are suicides (Everytown).
Over a 1000 teens died to gun violence in a year and hundreds of children died(ABC).
The us is ranked seventh out of 65 for homicide by firearm(leach
I got my lyric by experience and living in black community all my life i made choices like saying guns shall not be allowed to people but i know in certain situation gun can be helpful and very useful to certain people who do not choose violence for everything.I chose a slow catchy beat so it could go with the flow and pace of my voice.

it like being homeless with no money
now&days someone die it a joke but to me its not funny
guns is the root to all evil for certain people
everyday someone get killed by a gun it getting deeper and deeper
and your chances on getting caught with a gun get steeper and steeper
it like the government want us to kill each other because guns are getting cheaper
things change overtime now&days its very easy to access a weapon same way it easy to get arrested were allowed to carry guns
but not allowed to have a opportunity to get jobs to make funds
guns play a big role in black community I
t level with guns like building a 17th floor building but did you know guns increase the risk of death ,anxiety and etc
where I'm from lots of youth die we gotta get better bruh I feel like guns should be banned everywhere solving your problem with guns is never fair
