This song Bulletproof hearts is a song that in a way is more than just a protest song. This focus of the point of shooting at schools has become a major issue we face today. This has been a problem in our communities all over the country for many years and has resulted in so much pain. To this date. More than 500 shootings have occurred at schools in the United States and the effects on learners in 2022 (. Thoses who should be attending school to learn and play end up living in danger just because of the use of violence

The idea behind the song was formed from the fact that many people feel hopeless and frustrated when nothing is being done to stop the violence While we have policy leaders that protest new laws for gun control and mental health reform, individuals lose their lives. The song reflects the idea that despite all the effects to make school safer such as installing metal detectors or increasing security the real problem remains unsolved: the ability of having easy access to guns and the poor laws.

While writing this I was trying to create the vision of characters whose futures are unknown. This is a wakeup call for change. Schools don’t have to die in class. We need to do something before the next generation is killed by guns.
