In Jonathan Star's translation of chapter 42 of the Tao Te Ching, he writes "Yet, only at the still point, between the breathing in and the breathing out, can one capture [the yin and yang] in perfect harmony."
Ruach is a series of recordings exploring this moment between breaths.
