This compilation invites artists to transform culinary gestures, kitchen textures, and the rhythm of cooking into immersive sonic experiences. Blending experimental music, ambient, electroacoustic, and other sonic explorations, Sonic Gastronomy turns listening into tasting, creating a space where the ear becomes the palate. Cette compilation invite les artistes à transformer les gestes culinaires, les textures de la cuisine et le rythme de la préparation en expériences sonores immersives. Du coup de couteau au frémissement d’une casserole, chaque son devient un ingrédient, et chaque composition une interprétation unique de la gastronomie.
