A long-delayed musing on feelings of nostalgia. It struck me over the winter last year that I barely remember the feel of the wind stinging my cheeks as I ventured outside as a boy. The mornings toasted to warmth, wrapped up in a blanket while the TV droned on, familiar tones ringing out in the steady din of a busy household. I don't seek to recapture my youth, but rather just attempt to come close to grasping the lost sensations, the things that have dulled and cracked like an old photograph in an album.

A fair amount of hardware features on this, which is a novelty at the best of times I would say. The original files are meticulously mixed and precisely honed, which was fully necessary to make them sound like absolute dog water when recorded twice to the worst tape in my collection. It's a labor of love, so thank you for at least taking the time to listen.
