Losing those we love can be the most difficult thing to carry on through this life with. I lost Dad a year ago and it has been the darkest time of my life. Now as I look back so often on him and my entire life, I think about so many people I have loved, shared time with and lost. But I have also begun to understand the healing in remembering their goodness and the happiness in all of the time we shared, especially when I am most sad and miss them most. It is a powerful gift to remember and to glow in the dark.
