Zoonosis by Borehead

The first single from Borehead's third release is Zoonosis. The track explores coming to terms with struggle and understanding what it means to struggle, especially in terms of health and mortality. It focuses on hardships that humanity often creates for itself through its own actions both collectively and as individuals, and how human spirit compels some to overcome those hardships. The artwork by friend of the band and previous collaborator, Edu Canalejo, captures the vibe perfectly and has added another dimension to the track.

Borehead are an Instrumental Doom Metal Trio based in London, UK. Blending spacey, psychedelic blues with slow heavy riffs. Their jams are made up of weird scales, odd time signatures, and punctuated with spoken-word samples for a trance-inducing, otherworldly experience.
