No final de 2007, depois de uma grande reviravolta (que um amigo disse ser um dos retornos de Saturno), respondi ao chamado que já há muito tempo me inspirava e pulei de cabeça definitivamente no mundo da música.
Me propondo a recarregar ânimos e energia, de forma a pensar neste novo caminho, fui a lugares como a Chapada Diamantina, Pirinópolis e Serra da Mantiqueira, onde tirei as fotos que estão no livreto.
Ao começar esta jornada, encontrei um cenário de criação artística exuberante e infinitamente diverso, mas junto com ele um mercado que passava e ainda passa por uma transição profunda em função da tecnologia. Dá-lhe coragem!
Conciliei o músico com o empresário. Integrei inspiração e realidade. Junto com os artistas e com a nossa equipe, concebemos a Borandá em 2009 para servir a um propósito maior: produzir e promover a música artística brasileira, levando-a a novos públicos e lugares.
Inspirados por este propósito, criamos o nosso espaço. Foram mais de 17 lançamentos em CD, DVD, e mais de 150 shows no Brasil e no exterior.
Hoje, comemoramos 3 anos de Borandá. Aquele bebê, agora quer conquistar o Brasil e o mundo, levando na bagagem a música brasileira e um novo modelo de empreendedorismo para uma nova era da música e das artes, pois quando a arte se faz não só pela arte, mas também pela sobrevivência e sustentabilidade do artista e daqueles que trabalham com e para ela, é preciso buscar nosso público e sustento.
Alegria: para comemorar esta ocasião, preparamos este pequeno, porém bastante significativo, recorte da musica Brasileira artística contemporânea, e que traz consigo muitas das matrizes musicais que foram geradas através da história de nosso país. Além disto, na primeira impressão, que é a capa, um pouco da obra de um dos grandes artistas plásticos brasileiros, Antonio Peticov.
Com esta coleção, vai também o desejo utópico de um mundo melhor, onde a essência do ser humano seja respeitada, preservada e cultivada através da musica.

At the end of 2007, after a great turnabout (which, according to a friend, was one of the returns of Saturn), I answered to a call that had been inspiring me for a long time and definitely plunged headlong into the world of music.
In order to recharge my energies and look for inspiration to this new endeavor, as a mountain biking and nature lover, I went to places like Chapada Diamantina, Pirinópolis and Serra da Mantiqueira, where I took the pictures that you can see in the booklet.
Starting this journey, I found an infinitely diverse scenario of exuberant artistic creation in our country, but along with it there is a market that is still going through a deep transition due to the technology.
At that time, I found that my entrepreneur and business experience, along with my passion to music, were much more needed in that scenario than my musicianship, that I keep developing still today. So, together with artists from our initial releases and our team, we created Borandá in 2009 to serve a greater purpose: to produce and promote the Brazilian artistic music, bringing it to new audiences and places.
Inspired by this objective, within these very intense past years, we succeeded creating our space . 17 CDs and DVDs were released and more than 150 concerts were presented in Brazil and abroad.
Today we celebrate 3 years of Borandá, that now wants to conquer Brazil and the world, bringing with it both tradition and present of Brazilian music translated into a new model of entrepreneurship for a new era of music and arts.
To celebrate this occasion, we prepared this small but significant selection of contemporary Brazilian artistic music, which contains many musical matrices generated throughout the history of our country. Besides, on first impression, which is the cover, there is the work of one of the greatest Brazilian artists, Antonio Peticov.
This collection also contains the utopian desire of a better world, where the essence of the human being is respected, preserved and cultivated through the music.
