We are happy to present the first single from Rafaelo’s forthcoming full-length album "Space Rendezvous", to be released on Bonfido Disques.
"Run” offers a first glimpse into Rafaelo’s multi-futuristic sound. The track is a power disco piece built on a driving, locomotive rhythm section, with a heavyweight bassline and drums propelling it forward. Channeling the ecstatic spirit of 1970s dance music, it is crowned by an almost anthemic female vocal chorus aimed at the dancefloor. While the groove nods to disco’s golden era, the production is firmly modern, looking beyond nostalgia toward a more futuristic edge, setting the tone for the "Space Rendezvous" album.
