Since his last recordings were unearthed, Daniel K. Bohm has been on the run. His harmless dabbling in sonic based nuclear experiments violated the term of his release. A shadowy arm of the IAEA, The Decomissioning Authority , relentlessly pursues him. His only communication for months has come in the form of analog tapes containing mysterious drones and rhythms.
