Recorded in 1998, "Luke" by The Blue Luke Express is a blistering Blues-Rock classic. Influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and James Brown, and founded in Northern California by guitar prodigy "Blue" Luke Andrews, who was 18 at the time, fronted a killer trio that played up & down the west coast for a few years before breaking up. They recorded this one album as a testament to their energetic dynamism as a group.
