Deadly Venoms was the female counterpart to Wu-Tang Clan, formed in the late '90s to challenge hip-hop’s male-dominated landscape. The group’s core members—N-Tyce, Champ MC, J-Boo, and Finesse—each brought distinct styles, creating a dynamic collective that never got the recognition they deserved.

Despite industry setbacks, including two shelved albums (The Antidote and Pretty Thugs), their presence was undeniable. Pretty Thugs was originally released in 2000 as a SKG Music L.L.C. promotional-only cardboard sleeve edition, never made available to the public. Internal disputes within Universal Music prevented an official release, making the album an underground collector’s item.

Now, for the first time in 25 years, Pretty Thugs is officially dropping, featuring two alternate covers and exclusive content unique to each version. Fans will also receive bonus tracks, offering a deeper look into the group’s unreleased material.

This long-awaited release cements Deadly Venoms as an integral part of Wu-Tang’s extended legacy and hip-hop history.
