Animal from Boogeyman by Birthmark
"Animal" is a song we wrote in 2008 after the tragic death of Αλέξανδρος Γρηγορόπουλος on the 6th of December and the following events that tore our people apart. We felt the need to protest against the ignorance and apathy in which the political, social and economical system pushes us into.

Birthmark were formed in 2002 in Athens, Greece.
Their first LP album, ”Product of black days” was released in 2007 by V2 records, while their second, "Boogeyman" became available on June 29 2012 as a digital download.
Birthmark have performed live with Nina Nastasia, Iron Butterfly, Holly Golightly, Diorama a.o.
Following Boogeyman's release, Birthmark focus on their "iPad Sessions" project.
