Billy is a London based musician and has been playing music for about 50 years. His first band (in the early '70s) was The Mynd, a prog rock band for which he wrote most of the music played Mellotron, Synth and sang lead vocals. Billy played keyboards in PINK FRAUD, a London based Pink Floyd tribute band from 2003 to 2009. He has been releasing music under the name High Chair since 2005.
