I believe in the nots the nots are not real
incredible ink indelible i think
forgotten makes me play doctor
old bridges will be in that country
that needs stones set back hardly at all
how did i get here if the bridge is already broken
it provokes a mass media lightning storm
the weather people in their top form
a terror and an honor to behold
my head on the bench on the beach covered in blood
while the sea gulls fight over me
cold july wind on the odd cloudy day
bends the fall grass drying out for hay
how did it happen i was watching it blow
and it took me away so i couldn't see
the outward lashings of the truth
i never knew what the wind was meaning to say
but i felt it that's for sure i feel it today
it really blew me away
