The album title refers to the fact that I knew that this was probably the last album I would write with hardware instruments. The next album would be entirely created in software.
The track title is the opening to the coming change as well as a subtle reference to the band Joy Division.
I make music my way. I am aware of trends but don't follow them as such. This is hand-made electronic music with melodies working to express ideas. Beauty is important to me - as I believe it should be to all.
I started in the late '80s as a Mix Engineer. 35+ years in and still going. A lot of my older work is represented here as well as what I do today.
