Helden Helden by Belenger

First record released under the name 'Helden Helden' in 2013. Recorded in late 2012 under adverse personal circumstances 'Belenger's Helden Helden' is J.Belenger's most focused work up to now, and probably the 'heaviest' (in a very old-school of rock sense). Interestingly enough the album contains distillations of meta-political heresy like the atmospheric 'I Dreamed of Germany' and the apocalyptic 'Wings of Oblivion'.

The more heavy rock-oriented numbers go from epic tracks such as 'Bavarian Summer' (a small hit in its own right) to dystopian nightmare-scenarios like 'Golden Rule of Bondage (For the Ultimate Man)', survivalist declarations, 'Until the End of Our Lifetimes' and plain symphonic heavy rock mayhem, 'Scylla's Rising'.

But there are a couple of tracks which clearly show J.Belenger's unmistakable introspective trademark in all its dark glory. The psychedelic majesty of 'The Emerald Sea' and 'Cry of Silence' seals this recording with a bittersweet finale.
