egg to the face

Dublin boys are always running away


we'll laugh, laugh it off

you and the door

with shells covering

you are gleaming


to Anna's house we're losing soon

a place is owned by living through

the sacred space where I learnt to be true

she loved me first out loud in the living room


selfless use of limited storage space

leave it, drop it off,

pick up to hang out again


to me this house it was a nest

for heavy things kept in heaving chests

there's space in here for all of our friends
