Flotilla Sumud from Palestine by Bajjou
As the world watched a tragedy unfold, many of us felt powerless — our faith in humanity shaken. But this flotilla reignited a spark of hope. It reminded us that compassion still moves people to act, that unity can rise above oppression, and that music, too, can be a vessel for resistance and healing.
"Flotilla Sumud” is more than a song — it is a tribute to resilience (“sumud”), to the unwavering spirit of those who continue to stand for freedom and justice in the face of tyranny. It carries a message that humanity has not given up — that together, we can still choose courage, empathy, and solidarity.
