Devouring the holy blood of the red moon, the protective talisman shaped for the manifestation of the celestial world descends from the ancient land of the Ryukyu Kingdom. 正殿　「sei-den」 is the one and only Okinawan Black Metal band.
Born in the year 2020, 正殿 has built a small but unique musical body of work, playing black metal chants that draw heavily on folklore such as 「Devastation Lore」, 「Talismans of the Redmoon Path」、「Dark Ryukyu Folklore」. These are included in a solemn and mystical work entitled 「Fragments of Old Evil」. Refusing to pander to the “norms” of mainland Japan, 正殿, with veteran jazz musician Denhiro Ishimine at the helm, creates black metal in a uniquely Ryukyuan way.
Supported by Ryukyu's dark magical lore and traditional instruments, the music reflects the tragic history of Yomitan Village, Okinawa, where the blood of greedy people was spilled, and radiates a profound atmosphere, as if capturing the cries of the innocent souls who inhabit the land.

赤き月の聖なる血を貪り、天界の顕現に向けて形作られた護符は、古の琉球王国の地より降臨する。その唯一無二の沖縄ブラックメタル、正殿（ローマ字: Seiden）である。 2020年の時代に誕生した正殿は、小規模ながらも独自性のある音楽作品群を築き上げ、荒廃の伝承、赤月の道標、暗い琉球民俗伝承といった、民間伝承に重きを置いたブラックメタルの詠唱を奏でる。これらは『古き悪の破片』と題された荘厳にして神秘的な作品に収録されている。日本本土の「常識」に迎合することを拒む正殿は、ベテランジャズミュージシャン、デンヒロ・イシミネ氏を中心に、琉球独自の方法でブラックメタルを創り上げている。 琉球の暗き呪術的な伝承や伝統楽器に支えられたその音楽は、欲にまみれた人々の血が流されたという沖縄読谷村の悲劇的な歴史を反映し、まるでその地に住まう無垢な魂の叫びを捉えたかのような、深遠なる雰囲気を放っている。
