Courtship from Diatonic Adventures by Bobby Lee
After my pedal steel had settled into the F Diatonic tuning, I started noodling around to find scales. The major mode section of "Courtship" almost played itself at the 12th fret, and the same picking patterns created the minor mode section at the 7th fret. I wrote a song framework to join the two sections. Fred Campbell improvised an electric bass part that suits the song's Celtic flavor.
