SOS IZMIR by ARTISTS IN ACTION

Hi friends,

In these very auspicious times for anything coming from the heart and from unconditional love, also funnily for record releases and the like, we have decided to release the new AIA 8 S.O.S "Ismir".
All funds will go to help the people on the ground with İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesiin Turkey fighting to give back a normal state of living to those who had the lives torn apart a few weeks ago by a huge level 6 earthquake.
Our friend Batuhan (*credits) from Turkey contacted us to do this album and he has been instrumental in the concept and production and helping with the artwork for the release.
As usual we have left all the tracks for you to listen 3 times before buying but we have released a few things that you cannot hear that will only become available to listen if you purchase the release.
They are live sets from some of the best old school live sets plus some newcomers that we have discovered thanks to our releases and going to underground parties, something we will never stop.
On another note we have not forgotten about our refugee friends and the Lebanon all funds gathered from sales of the First 7 albums to the relative funds.
We realise these are hard times and we hope you can find it in your hearts in the holiday season to participate in the project by buying this album and maybe the collection.

C’est au moment de l’année où plein d’amour on donne du fond du cœur, que nous avons décidé de sortir le nouvel album de AiA : S.O.S « Ismir ».
Tous les fonds collectés iront directement sur le terrain pour aider les gens de İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesiin, en Turquie, qui il y a quelques semaines, ont vu leurs vies ravagées par un terrible tremblement de terre de magnitude 6.
Notre ami Batuhan (*credits) de Turquie nous a contactés pour faire cet album et a joué un rôle essentiel à la fois dans le concept et la production, ainsi que pour les illustrations.
Comme d’habitude, nous avons laissé les morceaux en libre écoute jusqu’à trois fois, mais vous trouverez des surprises inédites si vous achetez l’album.
Vous y trouverez des livesets venus des meilleurs artistes old school du genre, ainsi que quelques petits nouveaux découverts sur nos albums précédents ou lors de soirées underground, ce qui ne cessera jamais.
Et nous n’oublions pas nos amis réfugiés ou le Liban, et tout l’argent reçu des ventes des sept premiers albums ont été redirigés en conséquence.
Nous comprenons que les temps sont durs, mais nous espérons que l’esprit des fêtes vous inspirera l’envie de participer à ce projet en achetant l’album, et qui sait, peut-être la collection complète.

This humanitarian association was born out of a desire to help others in need ,
. Originally it was aimed at helping the plight of thousands of refugees moving onto european shores in the hight of the crisis in 2015 . But now with disaster after disaster happening we have decided to broaden our horizons in order to help where ever help is needed .
