This album is about the mood swings a person (and especially a perfectionist) can experience from something or someone or from their own self. Such changes can play a positive part in promoting problem solving and in producing flexible forward planning, or be disruptive. When mood swings are severe, they may be categorized as part of a mental illness. Mood swings can happen any time at any place, mood swings remain in the mild to moderate range of emotional ups and downs. It can also vary between normal struggles around self-esteem, through cyclothymia , up to a depressive disease. Changing mood up and down without knowing the reason or external stimuli, in various degrees, duration and frequent, from high mood to low mood. Sometimes it’s mixed, a combination between manic and depression symptoms or similar with bittersweet experiences. These mood transitions can be heard in this EP.
