Witch-Heart from Witch-Heart by Arcane Ritual

Witch-heart is the title track on the first full length album by gothic, prog metalheads Arcane Ritual. The track starts out moody and slightly ominous and doomy feel, growing into a melodic, yet aggressive gothic juggernaut with thrash elements. Finishing up this track is a whirlwind outro that also serves as a powerful invocation.

The drums at times are reminiscent of their Type O Negative influences, turning into a more progressive sound that combines elements of thrash, gothic metal and classic rock. This creates the tone for the rest of the album that echoes these influences, each track with it’s own unique story and auditory texture.
