Epiphany Songs by Church of the Apostles

As long winter nights give way and God breaks into our hearts like dawn, our eyes, starless without God's light, are drawn homewards in Christ this season after the Epiphany. From within her beautiful darkness, God is revealed - a spark of wonder and mystery, a word of life, a path of transformative hope. The Epiphany songs sung in this collection bring us from the revelation of God within and without, through God's liberating dream for our world, to transfiguration at the end of one difficult journey and the beginning of the next. Each of these songs were written by different members of our community in conversation with the lectionary texts for each week.
